Fabrica SND

Fabrica SND (Romanian for "SND factory"; we also call it our content factory) is the app the SND Team uses for the brands that have entrusted us with their social media: restaurants, car services, online shops. It holds the finished videos, each brand's posting calendar and the history of everything published.

How a video goes live

1. Editing. We prepare the videos in our own video studio, with subtitles and music, and add them to the app together with the post text.
2. Calendar. Each brand has its own queue, with the day and time each post goes out.
3. Approval. Nothing goes to TikTok until a person on our team has reviewed the video. The same person chooses, for each video, who can view it, whether comments, Duet and Stitch are allowed, and whether it is commercial content. Nothing is pre-selected.
4. Publishing. At the scheduled time the app sends the video through the official APIs: Meta's for Instagram and Facebook, the Content Posting API for TikTok. It then checks whether publishing succeeded and records each step in its log.
5. Results. We look at each post's views, likes, comments and shares, to learn what to keep in the next videos.

What it does not do

• It does not use browser automation or any program that clicks on our behalf. Everything it publishes goes through the networks' official APIs.
• It never asks for the TikTok account password. The account is connected on TikTok's own page, and access can be revoked at any time, from the app or from TikTok's settings.
• It does not post to accounts a client has not entrusted to us.
• We do not sell or pass on data received from TikTok.

The app's interface is in Romanian. TikTok's own notices and labels, such as the Music Usage Confirmation, the Branded Content Policy and the Paid partnership label, also appear under their English names.
