Which distributions do you manage?
Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS, AlmaLinux, Rocky and their derivatives. We work with dedicated servers and virtual machines from any provider, including Hetzner, OVH, DigitalOcean, AWS or your own on-premise infrastructure.
What does 24/7 monitoring actually mean?
We install monitoring that continuously watches CPU, memory, disk, services and response times. Any anomaly triggers an instant alert and we step in, usually before you notice anything.
How do you handle backups?
We configure automated daily backups to an external location and test restores periodically, because an untested backup is not a backup.
Do you take over servers set up by someone else?
Yes, most clients come with existing servers. We start with a full security and performance audit, document the configuration, then take over management without interruption.
